Refund Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we have sent the project onboarding form or begun any audit work, you are entitled to a full refund. Email hello@riskfreeseo.com with your order details to request this.

After work has started

Once the onboarding form has been sent or any deliverable has been produced, we do not issue refunds for the portion of work already completed. If a project is cancelled mid-way, we assess the percentage of work completed and refund the remaining portion accordingly.

Revision rounds

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revision requests must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving the initial deliverable. Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction when the work has been delivered as specified in the agreed brief.

Technical issues

If a deliverable cannot be completed due to a fault on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a partial or full refund as appropriate to the situation.
