Terms of Service

1. Services

riskfreeseo provides SEO consulting, auditing, optimization, link building, content strategy, training, and related digital services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is delivered at any point.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before any work begins. We accept payment via Stripe. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and understood the service description, pricing, and estimated delivery timeline for your selected package.

3. Service delivery

Work begins within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of the completed onboarding form. Delivery timelines stated on service and pricing pages are estimates in business days and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and any CMS or platform access required to complete the work. Delays caused by failure to provide required access may affect delivery timelines without extending refund eligibility.

5. Intellectual property

All deliverables become your property upon full payment. You grant us permission to reference the project anonymously in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts.

6. No guarantees

SEO results depend on search engine algorithm decisions, competitor behaviour, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Madeira.
